SMK EM5500-48 Off-Grid Inverter is a multifunctional 5.5 kWdevice that combines a pure sine wave inverter, an MPPT charge controller , and a grid charger in a single unit. It is designed for building autonomous and backup power systems for private homes, summer houses, offices, and other facilities, ensuring a stable power supply even when the grid is down.

The inverter is equipped with a modern 100A MPPT controller, which maximizes the efficiency of solar panel energy usage. The device supports solar arrays up to 5500 W, operates with a PV input voltage of up to 500 V DC , and features a wide MPPT range of 120–450 V, allowing for long strings and reduced energy losses.

The SMK EM5500-48 produces a pure sine wave, ensuring the safe operation of sensitive electronics, household appliances, pumps, air conditioners, and other equipment. Thanks to power factor of 1.0 the inverter is capable of delivering its full rated power, and a maximum efficiency of up to 96% ensures high operational performance.  

The device supports operation without a battery, features multiple power priority modes (UTL, SOL, SBU, SUB), allowing for flexible configuration of solar, grid, and battery energy usage based on user needs. The built-in EQ function optimizes the charging process and extends battery life. Optional remote monitoring via Wi-Fiis available, providing system control from a smartphone or PC.

The inverter works with 48V battery banks, supports a charging current of up to 100 A from solar panels and up to 60 A from the grid, allowing for fast charging even for high-capacity batteries. A compact design, simple setup, and a wide range of protection features make the SMK EM5500-48 a reliable solution for off-grid solar power systems.

Delivery in Odessa and the region

We deliver in the Odessa region. The cost of such delivery is calculated individually depending on the distance, order volume and delivery conditions.

Pickup

It is possible to independently pick up the goods from the warehouse in the city of Odessa (ul. Bugaevskaya). After placing the order, our manager will contact you to arrange the time and details.

Payment methods

Our own installation company

We know our products not just from technical descriptions, but from real-world experience. Our installation company, Green Technology, builds solar power plants in the Odesa region, giving us a deep understanding of how equipment performs under actual conditions. This allows us to select and offer solutions whose reliability and effectiveness we are confident in.

32 kW solar station at a gas station in Chernomorsk.

The business now significantly reduces its electricity costs. Sunerise brand solar panels, rated at 450W and 585W, were installed. A 50 kW inverter and a 50 kWh battery from Deye were also installed.

9 kW Solar Energy System for a private house

The client wanted to eliminate electricity bills entirely, but there wasn't enough space on the house roof for all the panels. We found a solution: we designed and installed a special metal structure, enabling the owner to become completely energy independent!

The owner wants complete autonomy, so a 9 kW solar station was required. We installed 450W panels, an 11kW inverter, and two 15kW lithium-iron-phosphate batteries each.
